First Call Paranormal
Six haunted locations. Seventeen years of documented evidence. Led by certified investigators who know exactly where the activity is — and why.
Our Routes
Walk the most haunted battlefield in America. Our investigators guide you through Devil's Den, Cemetery Ridge, and the Triangular Field — sites of documented paranormal activity spanning over 160 years.
Explore the cobblestone streets of one of America's oldest cities. From the haunted taverns of King Street to the restless spirits of the Stabler-Leadbeater Apothecary, Old Town holds centuries of unresolved history.
The bloodiest single day in American history left an indelible mark on this land. Our investigators have documented more EVP evidence at Antietam than any other location in our 17-year history. This is not a tour for the faint of heart.
The colonial capital of Maryland harbors spirits as old as the republic itself. From the haunted halls of the Maryland State House to the restless sailors of the City Dock, Annapolis offers a uniquely layered paranormal landscape.
Site of John Brown's raid, a Civil War garrison, and centuries of violent conflict, Harpers Ferry is one of the most historically dense — and paranormally active — locations in the Mid-Atlantic. Our investigators have documented activity here since 2008.
Our most intense Gettysburg offering. Cemetery Ridge and the Wheatfield saw some of the heaviest casualties of the three-day battle. After midnight, with a small group and full investigative equipment, this is as close to a private investigation as a public tour gets.
Frederick is one of Maryland's most historically layered cities — a Civil War crossroads, a colonial trading hub, and home to some of the most persistent haunting accounts in the state. Our investigators have documented activity across the historic district for over a decade, from the alleyways of Market Street to the shadowed grounds of Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Perched at the mouth of the Susquehanna River where it meets the Chesapeake Bay, Havre de Grace carries the weight of the War of 1812, centuries of maritime tragedy, and a waterfront history that has never fully quieted. This intimate tour covers the historic district, the lighthouse, and the riverfront — locations where our investigators have captured some of their most compelling evidence.
The Experience
Every tour begins with a briefing on the location's history and documented paranormal activity. We explain how to use any equipment being deployed that evening.
Our certified investigators lead you through each stop, conducting live EVP sessions and monitoring for anomalous readings. You participate — this is not a passive experience.
At key stops, we review evidence captured during previous investigations at that exact location. You'll hear real EVP recordings and see documented photographic anomalies.
Tours conclude with an open debrief. We discuss what was captured, answer questions, and provide context for anything anomalous that occurred during your tour.
Leisurely pace, paved surfaces, suitable for most guests. Focus on history and documented evidence.
Some uneven terrain, longer distances. Active investigation components. Comfortable footwear required.
Full paranormal investigation. Extended duration, challenging environments, adults only (18+).
Before You Go
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are required. Tours take place outdoors in all weather — dress in layers. We provide all investigative equipment. You're welcome to bring your own camera or audio recorder.
Most tours are appropriate for ages 12 and up. The Eastern State Penitentiary Investigation is adults only (18+). We recommend using your judgment — our tours involve genuine paranormal investigation content and may be unsettling for younger or sensitive guests.
Skeptics are welcome and often become our most engaged guests. We present documented evidence and let you draw your own conclusions. Our investigators are trained to distinguish explainable phenomena from genuinely anomalous activity.
